I asked Ken to take a POTD for me, and he took this. I was cooking scrapple to have with dinner and he thought it looked good!

    LOL! Scrapple is, well, you may not want to know. You know how they say hot dogs are made up off all the parts you don't want to eat? Well, scrapple is kinda make up of the parts not good enough for the hot dogs! LOL! It tastes kinda like sausage, though. It's mostly a north eastern thing. It's a breakfast side, like bacon.
